Mat Pilates Group Classes
Our classes use a range of small equipment and look at the body holistically. Expect each session to be different, as week on week we work together to improve strength, balance and posture. We focus on functional movement to improve your body's movement in everyday life.
Classes are never more than 8 people, so each person receives the attention they need to get the most from their practice. You will be given options in class and you will never be asked to work beyond your body's limits.
Expect a relaxed and supportive atmosphere where you will be challenged to work hard, some laughter and an hour of fun!
