Spring Pilates is a dedicated pilates studio in North London. Offering individual Equipment Pilates sessions on the Reformer, Tower and Pilates Chair.

Group Pilates classes are mat based, with a variety of small equipment.

Through body alignment, strengthening and muscle balance, we focus on rehabilitation, injury prevention, posture and improving sporting performance.

Whether it’s your first time or you’re a pilates regular, sessions are tailored to your specific needs. You will never be asked to work beyond your body’s limits. Spring Pilates is supportive, and most importantly, fun!

About Me

Qualified in mat and equipment pilates, pre and post-natal, NHS referral, older adults and managing lower back pain; Kirsty works from her home studio where she teaches Reformer and Tower Pilates and at the Haelan Centre, Crouch End, where she teaches group mat Pilates.

Kirsty trained with Australian Physiotherapy Pilates Institute (APPI) after personal experience with a back injury led her to the magic of Pilates and its ability to align the body.

As a keen tennis player Kirsty is interested in the benefits Pilates can have to enhance performance, as well as preventing and rehabilitate injury.
